The site is free to read and free to link to. The work that makes it — the code, the motion, the type and colour system, the words — is not free to take.

1Ownership
Copyright © 2026 Rahul Ghai. All rights reserved. VectorNext is a sole proprietorship of Rahul Ghai; the rights holder is the person, not the trade name.
This covers the original material here: the source code of the site, its generative and animated systems, the layout and the plane structure, the colour and type system, the written copy including these documents, and the names of the products presented.
Copyright in original work arises automatically on creation; no registration is required for it to exist.
2Trade marks
VectorNext™ is a trade mark, used in relation to this work and claimed as such. Auction and Real Estate are the names of products published under it. Do not use any of these names in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or authorisation where none exists.
Third-party names mentioned anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and their mention implies no affiliation or endorsement.
3What you may do without asking
- Read anything here and link to any page.
- Quote short extracts for review, commentary, reporting, teaching or research, with attribution and a link.
- Take a screenshot to illustrate a discussion of this work, with attribution.
- Describe what VectorNext is building in your own words.
- Read the source. It is delivered to your browser and you are welcome to learn from it.
4What needs written permission
Reading the source is not a licence to reuse it. The following need permission first:
- Copying the source code, in whole or in substantial part, into another project.
- Reproducing the visual system — the palette, the type pairing, the plane structure, the motion — in a way a reasonable person would recognise as this work.
- Republishing the site or any product page, hosted elsewhere, with or without changes.
- Using the VectorNext name or the product names in your own materials.
- Training a model on this work as a distinguishable body of material, or reproducing it as model output.
Permission is not unreasonable to ask for. Write to founder@vectornext.tech with what you want to use and where. Most honest requests get a yes.
5What is not mine
The typefaces are other people’s work, used under their licences: Anek Latin and Instrument Serif, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Nothing here claims any right over them.
6If you think something here infringes your rights
Send it to founder@vectornext.tech with the page, the material, and what you are claiming. Where a claim is well-founded I will take it down rather than argue about it.
7If you find this work copied elsewhere
I would like to know. founder@vectornext.tech.
