This site describes what VectorNext is building. Nothing is sold here, nothing is collected, and nothing here is a promise that a product will ship.
Before you rely on this document: drafted to be read and understood rather than to survive a courtroom. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
1Who is behind this
VectorNext is a sole proprietorship of Rahul Ghai, based in Bengaluru, India, and is one of the houses described on rahulghai.com. It is contactable at founder@vectornext.tech. A postal address is provided on request where a law requires one.
2What this site is
A single page describing the products this house is building, and the addresses where those that are live can be found. It is a description of work in progress, not a catalogue and not a shop.
Where a product has its own site — auction.vectornext.tech, for instance — that product publishes its own terms, and those govern it. This page governs vectornext.tech itself.
3Nothing here is for sale
There is no account to create, no payment to make, no form to fill in and no subscription to start. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
4Using the site fairly
Read it, link to it, quote it, screenshot it. Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with its normal operation, do not scrape it at scale, and do not use anything from it to imply an affiliation with VectorNext or with the Institute of Applied AI and Analytics™ that does not exist.
5Products described here may not ship
A product shown as in progress is exactly that. Names, descriptions, capabilities, addresses and timing can all change, and a product can be abandoned before it ships. Nothing on this page is a commitment, an offer, or a date.
6It is offered as it is
This site comes with no warranty of any kind. It may contain errors, may behave differently across browsers, and may be changed, moved or withdrawn at any time without notice. No uptime is promised.

8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
